Very good maintainance service and very nice and professional services overall.
Whenever something was wrong with my flat, just I needed to email them and within a couple of hours I got a reply and they swiftly arranged somebody to fix e.g. my lights! So that was great!
Checking into the flat and checking out of it was very simple and convenient thanks to them as well!
They arranged very nice payment schedule for us and answered our every question regarding our contract with our landlord in detail.
Also when checking out they were very considerate! The cleaners I have arranged did not do a very good job with the end of tenancy cleaning, Austin D'arcy gave me advice on what to do in such a situation and helped out a lot.
Other agencies would have charged me for lots of the services and advices they gave, so I was really happy about them.

Comment on agent fees
I was always happy to pay the fees. They were reasonable and given the service and lack of problems that I had to deal with I was happy to pay for the peace of mind. The invoices were always clear and allowed me to effectively manage the accounts for the property.
We had to make several fixing in our property. Maintenance answered immediately and started managing the situation to fix it. Sometimes it would take a few days to have an agreement on timing with the person doing the repairs, but the agency answered very fast and tried their best. Also being kind all the time.
Fees Charges are good, other agencies charge more.”

Whenever I rent a apartment, I always assume that the estate agents / landlord will be horrible or try and rip me off. After many bad experiences of having them lie or try to withhold deposits unfairly, my view of them is very jaded.
I am pleased to say that Austin D'Arcy is the best experience I have had in London.
When we first moved in, the flat was all clean and functional, no bad surprises there.
Generally they, with the landlord, were very quick to repair any faults and tended to be pretty reasonable about things. When our flat got broken into, they paid for a replacement door. When the washing machine broke, they paid for and installed a replacement pretty quickly. When I complained that my bedframe had broken and requested a new one, I got a new one from them. So all happy there.
After living there for 3 years, I was concerned about whether they were going to make it difficult for us to get our deposit back. But it was returned in full within a week of the tenancy ending! We had to pay for a professional end of tenancy clean as part of our contract, but we were allowed to pick our own cleaners and negotiate our own rates with them, so that seemed fair enough.
All in all I have been pleasantly surprised by them and would happily recommend them to a friend. ”
